247) March the 4.th 1758 Received of M.rs Anne Ogle Four pounds three Shillings and one penny half penny Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Lands) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey 6 1/2 sides Recorded 4.th May 1758 Ex.d This Indenture made the third day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty Eight between Anne Ogle of the City of Annapolis Widow of the one part and Benjamin Tasker Junior of the other part Witnesseth that the said Anne Ogle for and in Consideration of the sum of one thousand seven hundred pounds Sterling to her the said Anne Ogle in hand paid the Receipt whereof the said Anne Ogle doth hereby acknowledge and of every part and parcel thereof doth hereby absolutely acquit the said Benjamin Tasker Jun.r his Executors Administrators or Assigns hath granted Bargained and Sold and by Virtue of these presents doth grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Benjamin Tasker junior all these Tracts or Parcels of Land called Belair Containing One thousand four hundred and ten Acres Woodcocks Range Containing one hundred and sixty seven acres part of Enfield Chace containing one hundred acres Larkings Forrest Containing four hundred Acres and Ridgeleys Addition Containing one hundred acres all lying and being in Prince Georges County Adjoining and Contiguous to each other with all Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities Advantages and |
