248) Appurtenances thereto belonging To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Lands and Premisses and every part thereof to him the said Benjamin Tasker Junior his Heirs and Assignes for ever to his and their own use and uses and to no other use or uses whatever and the said Anne Ogle doth hereby Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and with the Said Benjamin Tasker junior his heirs and Assignes that She the said Anne Ogle shall and will at the Reasonable Request of the said Benjamin Tasker junior or his Heirs or Assigns do and execute all and every such further and other reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things Devise and Devises in the Law for the better Assurance and sure making of the said Premisses unto the Said Benjamin Tasker junior his Heirs or Assigns as shall be by him or them or his or their Council learned in the Law devised Advised or required In Witness whereof the Party first above mentioned has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Anne Ogle seal In Presence of Geo Steuart W Scott On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to Wit Then Came before me George Steuart Esquire Justice of the Provincial Court the within named Anne Ogle and acknowledged the within Deed to be her Act and Deed |
