       In Witness whereof the partys first above mentioned have
       hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and year first
       above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered         Benj.a Tasker   seal
          In the Presence of
       the Word Eight between the first    Benj Tasker Jun.r   seal
       & second line being first interlined

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to Wit

       Then Came before me George Steuart Esq.r Justice of the
       Provincial Court the within named Benjamin Tasker Esq.r
       and Coll Benjamin Tasker and acknowledged the within
       Deed to be their Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses
       therein Mentioned to be the Estate of the within named
       Anne Ogle and her Heirs or Assigns According to the Act
       of Assembly in Such Cases provided
       February 3 1758                           Geo Steuart

       Received the day and year within Mentioned by the within
       named Anne Ogle the Sum of one thousand seven hundred
       pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within expressed
       we say Received by us                              Benj.a Tasker
