       Esq.r the Receipt whereof the Said Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and
       Col Benjamin Tasker do hereby acknowledge and of every part
       or parcel thereof absolutely acquit the Said Anne Ogle her Executors
       Administrators or Assigns Hath granted Bargained and Sold
       and by Virtue of these presents do grant bargain and Sell unto
       the said Anne Ogle all those Tracts or parcels of Land formerly
       belonging to the Said Samuel Ogle Esq.r called Belair containing
       one thousand four hundred and ten Acres Woodcocks Range
       Containing one hundred and Sixty Seven Acres Part of Enfield
       Chase containing one hundred Acres Larkings Forrest Containing
       four hundred Acres and Ridgeleys Addition Containing one hundred
       Acres all lying and being in prince Georges County Adjoining
       and Contiguous to Each other with all Buildings Improvements
       Profits Commodites Advantages and Appurtenances thereto belonging
       To have and to hold the Said Tracts or Parcels of Land and
       Premisses and every part thereof to her the Said Anne Ogle her
       Heirs and Assigns for ever to her and their own use and uses and
       to no other use or uses whatsoever and the said Benjamin Tasker
       Esq.r and Col Benjamin Tasker do hereby Covenant promise
       grant and Agree to and with the said Anne Ogle her Heirs and
       Assigns that the said Taskers shall and will at the Reasonable
       Request of the said Anne Ogle or her Heirs or Assigns do and
       execute all and every such further and other reasonable Act and
       Acts Thing and things Devise or Devises in the Law for the better
       Assurance and Sure making of the said Premisses unto the said
       Anne Ogle her Heirs or Assigns as shall be by her or them or her or
       their Council learned in the Law devised Advised or required
