244) On the 20.th day of March 1758 Came before me one of Justices of the Provincial Court John Read Magruder and John Campbell the two Subscribing Witnesses to the within Bond and made Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they Saw the within named Colmore Beanes Robert Bradly and Nath.l Offutt sign seal and Deliver the within Bond as their Act and Deed and that they the said John Read Magruder and John Campbell Subscribed thereto as Witnesses 4 sides sworn before J Hepburn Recorded 28.th April 1758 Ex.d This Indenture made the Second day of March in the Year One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight between Benjamin Tasker Esquire and Col.o Benjamin Tasker Executors of the last Will and Testament of Samuel Ogle Esquire Deceased on the one part and Anne Ogle of the City of Annapolis Widow of the other part Witnesseth that said Benjamin Tasker Esquire and Col.o Benjamin Tasker by virtue of the Powers and Authoritys to them given by the last Will and Testament of the Said Samuel Ogle Esq.r as reference being had to the said Will may appear for and in Consideration of the sum of one thousand seven hundred pounds sterling to them in hand paid for the use of Benjamin Ogle Infant son of the said Samuel Ogle |
