233) and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Ann Arundell County aforesaid Called Burle's Town Land Containing One hundred Acres be the Same more or less together with all Edifices Improvements Woods Under Woods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same or any part or parcel thereof belonging or in any wise Appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Robert Boone of in to or out of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land hereby granted bargained sold Released enfeoffed and Confirmed or meant Mentioned or intended so to be and of in to or out of every Part and Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the Said Humphry Boone his Heirs and Assigns forever to the intent and Purpose that by virtue hereof the said Humphry Boone may be and become ^a^ good and perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold and Inheritance of all and Singular the said Premisses against whom one or more Common Recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected and Executed to the use intent and purpose herein after mentioned expressed and Declared and to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And hereupon it is Covenanted concluded and Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these presents that before the End of the present Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post shall and may be brought and prosecuted in the name of |
