       Receipt endorsed on the within Deed for the sum of
       five Shillings Current Money being the Consideration
       Money therein Mentioned and that they respectively
       Subscribed their Names as Witnesses thereto

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the
       nineteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       Hundred and fifty Eight Between Robert Boone of
       Ann Arundel County Planter of the first part Humphry
       Boone of Ann Arundell County aforesaid Planter of the
       second part and George Page of Ann Arundel County
       aforesaid of the third part Witnesseth that for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of Ten Shillings Current Money
       in hand paid by the said Humphry Boone to the aforesaid
       Robert Boone at or before the ensealing and Delivery of
       these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       He the Said Robert Boone Hath granted bargained sold
       Released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth
       grant bargain Sell Release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the
       Said Humphry Boone (in his Actual Possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the
       said Robert Boone bearing Date the day next before the Day
       of the Date of these Presents for one whole Year Commenceing
       from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by
       force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs
