       enabled to take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and
       Inheritance of the same Land and Premisses to him and his
       Heirs to such uses intents and purposes as shall be therein
       Specified and Declared In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and
       affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of                        Robert Boone   seal
       Simon Duff
       John Campbell                            Humph Boone   seal

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit
       19.th April 1758

       Received of Humphry Boone the Sum of five Shillings Current
       Money being in full for the Consideration Money within
       Mentioned
          Witness                                       Robert Boone
          Simon Duff
          John Campbell

       19.th April 1758   Then Came before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Simon Duff
       and John Campbell and respectively made Oath on the
       Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they saw Robert
       Boone and Humphry Boone parties to the within Deed
       respectively Sign Seal and Deliver the same as their
       Respective Act and Deed for the uses therein mentioned
       and that they saw Robert Boone sign his name to the
