       Humphry Boone his Executors and Administrators
       thereof are ^ac^quitted and Discharged hath granted bargained
       and Sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and
       Sell unto him the Said Humphry Boone his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns all that Tract or parcel of
       Land lying and being ^in^ Ann Arundell County aforesaid
       called Burle's Town Land Containing one hundred Acres
       be the Same more or less together with all Edifices
       Improvements Woods under Woods Timber Trees Ways
       Waters Watercourses Easments Profits Commodities
       Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the Same or any part or parcell
       thereof belonging or in any wise Appertaining and
       the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of
       every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold
       the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto him the Said Humphry Boone
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the
       day next before the Day of the Date of these
       presents unto the full End and Term of one whole
       Year from thence next ensuing fully to be compleat
       and ended To the intent and purpose that the said
       Humphry Boone may be in the Actual Possession
       of the hereby bargained and sold Land and premisses
       with the Appurtenances and may hereby and by Force
       of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession be
