220) aforesaid of the Second part and Kinvin Wroth of the Said County of the third part Witnesseth that the said Christopher Bateman for the Docking Baring and cutting of all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail of and in two parcels Land being part of a Tract of Land called Harris's Forrest lying in Kent County aforesaid as Specified in the lines and bounds hereafter mentioned and for Settling and Assureing of the same Lands to and for the uses Intents and purposes herein after limitted expressed and declared and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him the said Christopher Bateman in hand paid by the said John Wroth the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and for divers good Causes and Considerations him the said Christopher Bateman in this behalf move hath granted Bargained Sold released Confirmed and by these presents doth grant Bargain Sell release and Confirm unto him the said John Wroth (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for one whole year Commenceing the day before the date of these presents all these two Parcels of Land being part of Harris's Forrest lying in Kent County aforesaid and Contained within the lines and Bounds following Beginning at a Bounded red Oak standing on the Western Branch of a Creek called Ferry Creek it being the beginning of the said Tract of Land called Harris's Forrest and Running from the said red Oak North one Hundred and ten Perches then East one hundred and Sixty Perches till it |
