221) Intersects the Land of Andrew Spalding then South forty perches then South west by South one hundred and Sixty Perches thence with a Straight line to the Beginning Containing one hundred and twenty Acres of Land more or less and also one other parcel of Land being part of Harris's Forrest aforesaid Beginning at the End of One hundred and Ten Perches ^North^ from the Beginning of the Original Tract of Harris's Forrest and running thence East one hundred and Sixty Perches to the Land of Andrew Spalding thence North one hundred Perches then West one hundred and Sixty Perches thence with a Straight line to the beginning Containing in this Parcel of Land one hundred Acres more or less together with all houses Buildings Orchards Gardens and Improvements thereon and to every of the Said parcels of Land belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profitts thereof To have and to hold all the aforesaid Two parcels of Land and premisses above mentioned and every part thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said John Wroth and his Heirs for Ever To the Intent and Purpose that the said John Wroth Shall and may become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the ^aforesaid^ two Parcels of Land and Premisses and every of them and shall and may Stand and be Seized thereof untill a good Sure and Perfect common Recovery with Double Vouchers over may be duly had Suffered and Executed of the aforesaid Two Parcels of Land and Premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recoverys for the Assurance of Lands and Tenements in Such Cases used and Accustomed; and thereupon it is |
