       This day the Subscriber Acknowledged to have received of the
       within named Robert Holton the Sum of Six thousand five
       Hundred pounds of Tobacco being the full Consideration of the
       within mentioned Received by me the day and Year above

       Then came the within named Daniel Hall and Acknowledged
       the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the within land
       and Premisses to be the Right and Property of the within named
       Robert Holton and his Heirs for Ever acknowledged according
       to Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided before us
       the Subscribers being two of his Lordships Justices for the
       County aforesaid

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Eight day of
       April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred fifty Eight
       Between Christopher Bateman of Kent County in the Province
       of Maryland Planter of the first part John Wroth of the County
