       Grants and Agreements on the Behalf of the Said
       Daniel hall to be performed and done the said Rob.t
       Holton hath well and truly Contented and paid to the
       Said Daniel Hall Six Thousand five hundred pounds
       of Tobacco before the date of these presents in full
       Contentation and Payment of and in the Said Bargain
       and Sale and other the Premisses which said sum of
       Six thousand five hundred pounds of Tobacco the said
       Daniel Hall Acknowledgeth the Said Robert Holton of said
       Sum of Tobacco And Said Daniel hall shall and will
       forever defend and Warrant these presents from all
       manner of person or persons whatsoever and from all
       Incumbrances whatsoever that shall be claimed by or
       under him or by any means of him the above said Daniel
       Hall or his Heirs In Witness whereof the said Daniel
       Hall hath hereunto put his hand and Seal the day
       and Year first above written
