       Subscribed my name and Affixed the Common Seal of
       the said Borough or Corporation of Derby

       Then came the Rev.d M.r George Cooke one of the
       Subscribing Witnesses to this Deed before me one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and made
       Oath that he saw the within named John Lowe Esq.r
       Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the Same
       in the presence of the other Subscribing Witness John
       Hall and of Matthew How Esq.r Mayor of the Borough
       of Derby Sworn to the Day and Year aforesaid

                      Know all men by these presents that we Thomas
       Contee William Beanes Jun.r and Joseph Sim all of Prince
       Georges County in the Province aforesaid are held and firmly
       bound to the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in the
       full and Just Sum of four hundred pounds Current Money
       to be paid to his Said Lordship his Heirs and successors to the
       which Payment well and truly to be made We bind our
