       and upon the said Royalties and Plantations Tracts
       of Land and Ground or to them or any of them
       belonging and also all the Estate whatsoever and
       wheresoever of him the Said John Lowe party hereto
       in maryland aforesaid or whereof the said Collonell
       Vincent Lowe died seized of or was any ways entitled
       unto in Possession Revertion Remainder or expectancy
       or otherwise howsoever and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues Produce and
       Profits thereof and also all the Estate right Tytle Interest
       Use Trust property claim and demand whatsoever both
       in Law and in Equity of him the Said John Lowe
       party hereto of in to or out of the same Messuages
       Buildings Royalties Lands Plantations Grounds
       Hereditaments and Premisses and Appurtenances whatsoever
       hereby Mentioned or intended to be hereby granted released
       and conveyed or any of them or any part thereof and
       also all Deed Evidences and Writings whatsoever in his
       the said John Lowe's (party hereto) custody Touching or
       in anywise Concerning the same or which he can come
       at without Suit in Law or Equity To have and to
       hold the said Royalties Plantations Tracts of Land
       and Ground and all and Singular other the Premisses
       hereby granted bargained and Sold or meant Mentioned or
