       delivery hereof The Receipt whereof the said John
       Lowe doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every
       part and parcel thereof doth hereby acquit release and
       discharge him the said Stead Lowe his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns for ever by these presents
       Hath granted bargained sold aliened released and
       Confirmed and by these presents Doth clearly and
       Absolutely grant bargain Sell alien release and
       confirm unto the Said Stead Lowe (in his actual
       Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale
       to him thereof made for one whole Year by Indenture
       bearing date the day next before the day of the date of
       these Presents and by force of the statute for transferring
       of uses into Possession) and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       All and Singular his the Said John Lowe's (party hereto)
       Royalties Plantations Tracts of Lands and Grounds
       whatsoever and wheresoever in Maryland aforesaid
       which were formerly the Estate and Inheritance of the
       said Collonell Vincent Lowe deceased and which have
       come to him as Heir at Law to the said Collonell Vincent
       Lowe deceased Together with all Messuages Tenements
       Edifices Buildings Houses Store houses Woods underwoods
       Ways Waters Watercourses Commons proffits Priviledges
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever being in
