208) Ex.d This Indenture made the Thirty first day of December in the Twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c And in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty Eight Between John Lowe of Denby in the County of Derby Esquire Son and Heir of Vincent Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Esquire deceased who was the son and Heir of John Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Esquire deceased who was the son and Heir of another John Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Esquire deceased and Heir at Law of Collonell Vincent Lowe late of Talbot County in the Province of Maryland in America (one of the Younger Brothers to the last named John Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Esquire) of the one part and Stead Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Gentleman but now residing in the Province of Maryland next Brother of the Said John Lowe party hereto of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Lowe party hereto as well for and in Consideration of the Natural love and Affection he hath and beareth for the Said Stead Lowe as also for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Shillings of Lawful Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the Said Stead Lowe at or before the Sealing and |
