207) Eight See John Lowe of Denby aforesaid in the County aforesaid Son and Heir of Vincent Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Sign seal and as his Act and Deed deliver this Indenture of Lease and that George Cook and John Hall set their names as Witnesses to the Execution thereof by the said John Lowe in my presents In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and affixed the Common Seal of the said Borough or Corporation of Derby Matt How Mayor seal Maryland fs June 9.th 1749 Then came before me the Rev.d M.r George Cooke one of the Subscribing Witnesses to this Deed before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and made Oath that he saw the within named John Lowe Esq.r Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the same in the Presence of the other Subscribing Witness John Hall and of Matthew How Esq.r Mayor of the Bourough of Derby Sworn to the Day and Year aforesaid Recorded 11.th April 1758 before B Young 8 sides |
