       one pepper corn of the same shall be Lawfully demanded
       To the intent that by Virtue of these presents and of the
       Statute for Transferring uses into Possession he the said
       Stead Lowe may be in the Actual Possession of all and
       singular the said Premisses above mentioned with the
       Appurtenances and thereby be enabled to accept and
       take a grant and Release of the Revertion and
       Inheritance thereof To him and his Heirs To the
       only proper use and behoof of him the Said Stead
       Lowe his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness
       whereof the said John Lowe party heretof hath hereunto
       set his hand and Seal the day and Year first
       above written
