       the said Collonell Vincent Lowe deceased and and which have
       come to him as Heir at Law to the said Collonell Vincent
       Lowe deceased together with all Messuages Tenements
       Edifices Buildings houses store houses woods underwoods ways
       Waters watercourses Commons Proffits Priviledges hereditaments
       and Appurtenances whatsoever being in and upon the Said
       Royalties Plantations tracts of Land and Ground or to
       them or any of them belonging and also all the Estate
       whatsoever and wheresoever of him the Said John Lowe
       Party heretof in Maryland aforesaid or whereof the said
       Collonel Vincent Lowe died Seized of or was any ways
       entitled unto in Possession revertion Remainder or expectancy
       or otherwise howsoever and the Revertion and Revertions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues Produce and
       Proffits thereof To have and to hold the said
       Royalties Plantations Tracts of Land and Ground and
       all and Singular ^other^ the Premisses with their and every
       of their Appurtenances unto the said Stead Lowe his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next
       before the day of the date hereof for and during and unto
       the full End and Term of one whole year from thence next
       ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended Yeilding And
       Paying therefore at the expiration of the Said Term
