       of the faith &c.a and in the year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and forty eight Between
       John Low of Denby in the County of Darby Esquire
       Son and Heir of Vincent Lowe late of Denby aforesaid
       Esquire deceased who was the Son and Heir of John Lowe
       late of Denby aforesaid Esquire Deceased who was the son
       and Heir of another John Lowe late of Denby aforesaid
       Esquire deceased and Heir at Law of Collonel Vincent
       Lowe late of Talbot County in the Province of Maryland
       in America (one of the Younger Brothers to the last
       named John Lowe late of Denby aforesaid Esquire) of
       the one part and Stead Lowe late of Denby aforesaid
       Gentleman but now residing in the Province of Maryland
       next Brother to the said John Lowe party hereto of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said John Lowe party
       heretof for and in Consideration of the Sum of five
       shillings of Lawfull Money of Great Britain to him
       in hand paid by the said Stead Lowe The Receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted
       bargained and sold and by these Presents Doth grant
       bargain and Sell unto the said Stead Lowe All and
       Singular his the Said John Lowe's (party heret^o^of)
       Royalties Plantations tracts of Land and Grounds
       whatsoever and wheresoever in Maryland aforesaid
       which were formerly the Estate and Inheritance of
