201 Acknowledge and himself there with fully Satisfied Contented and paid and thereof and therefrom and from every part & parcell thereof doth fully Clearly and absolutely exonerate acquit & Discharge the said William Hall his Heirs & assigns for ever Hath given granted Bargained sold aliend enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully Clearly and absolutely give grant Bargain sell alien enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said William Hall his Heirs & assigns for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land called pairpoints Discovery situated and Lying in Frederick County about Three Miles from Frederick Town Begining at a bounded white Oak a Red oak and a Gum Standing on the South side of a Hill and near the head of a Meadow which Lead is into a Branch that runs into neck Creek and runing thence north forty eight degrees East twenty eight perches North sixty degrees west twenty eight perches south fifty five degrees west thirty eight perches North fifty one degrees west one hundred perches South seventy nine degrees west sixty perches south forty one degrees and an half degree west fourteen perches south fifteen degrees west fourteen perches south sixty six degrees west twenty six perches south forty degrees wes fourteen perches south fifteen degrees & an half degree west thirty perches south seventy one degrees west twenty two perches south forty three degrees west twenty perches south twenty nine degrees and an half degree East eighty six perches North eighty six degrees East sixty perches East twenty perches south fifty two degrees East twenty four perches south sixty nine degrees East twenty perches North eighty three degrees East ten perches North eighty eight degrees East eighteen perches North sixty five degrees East twenty two perches south eighteen degrees East sixty perches North sixty two degrees East twenty four perches then by a straight Line to the Begining Trees Containing and now Layd out for two hundred & ten acres of Land more or Less Together with all & Singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have & to hold the said Tract or parcell of Land afs.d together with all and singular the premisses and appurtenances unto the said William Hall his heirs and assigns forever to the (only) |
