       Marke of said Nicholson's Cove unto a third Post and
       Running from this third Post by and with High Water
       Marke of the afs.d Cove North forty two Degrees East
       Eight three feet to a fourth Post then running from this fourth
       Post North forty degrees and half a Degree west forty feet
       to a fifth post and from this fifth post running by a
       Streight Line to the Beginning post containing six thousand
       three hundred and fifty nine Square feet of Land more or less
       Together with all Edifices Benefits and Improvements
       thereon or in any wise thereto Appurtaining or belonging
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Land and Premises
       According to the meets and bounds aforesaid unto him
       the Said John Anderson his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns for ever and to no other use intent or Purpose
       whatsoever And the said Agnes Gordon for her Self her
       heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth hereby
       further Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the Said
       John Anderson his heirs Executors Administrators & assigns
       that she the Said Agnes Gordon and her heirs the afs.d
       Land and Premises with the Appurtenances unto him
       the Said John Anderson his heirs and Assigns against her
       the Said Agnes and her heirs and from and against
       all manner of Persons whatsoever claiming by from or
       under her them or any of them shall and will for ever
       Warrant and Defend by these Presents In Witness
       whereof the said Agnes Gordon to these Presents
       the Day and year first above ^written^ within hath Set her
       hand and affixed her seal                                 Agnes Gordon Seal
       Signed Sealed & Delivered after the word (whereof)
was interlined   in the Presence of us also the word (Line) being first interlined
