       advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the same part or
       Parcel of a Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining as also all and
       singular the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Richard Lee in Law or Equity to the same
       to have and to hold the said Part and Parcell of Tract of Land and
       Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said William
       Eversfield his heirs and Assigns for Ever and for to his and their own
       Proper use and Behoof and the said Richard Lee doth for himself
       his heirs Executors and Administrators Promise Covenant and
       Agree to and with the said William Eversfield his heirs and assigns
       that the aforesaid part or parcell of Tra^c^t of Land and Premisses
       with the appurtenances to be for ever Hereafter defended to the said
       William Eversfield his heirs and assigns from and against all Persons
       Claiming from by or under the said Richard Lee his heirs Executors
       and Administrators and that he or his heirs will at any time
       hereafter at the Cost of the said William Eversfield or the person or Persons
       for the time being Claiming under him Execute any other Deed Consistent
       with a specialty for the further making over and Confirming the
       said part or Parcell of Tract of Land and Premisses Here be
       resonbly devised advised or Required to Witness whereof with
       The appurtenances unto him the said William Eversfield his heirs
       and assigns such as by him or them shall be re^a^son^a^bly Devised
       Advised or Required In Witness whereof the said Richard Lee
       hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day & year
       first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered   The words to be for ever hereafter defended
       in presence of us           to the said in the thirty fourth Line being    Richard Lee   seal
                                           first interlined and also the words
                Rob.t Yates         from and against all persons Claiming
                                           from by or under the said Rich.d Lee
                Ja.s Nivison        being also first interlined in the
                                           thirty fourth Line before the Sealing
                                           & Delivery of the above Deed
