179) Creek Begin^n^ing on the north west Course at a marked white oak with Six Notches running thence West North West to a Chesnutt from thence north with the Ancient Tract of Land untill it Intersect Gibens's Line and from thence East to a marked Gum on the north Course ^of^ Timber Neck & then on and with the Creek to the Beginning Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all & Si^n^gular the Houses Edifices buildings Improvements profits Commodities and Advantages to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Dunbar of into or out of the afs.d Tract of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances To Have & To hold the Tract of parcel ^of^ Land afs.d hereby bargained and Sold or Intended so to be and other the Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the Said John Hall his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents unto the full end and Term of one whole year from thence next following fully to be compleat and ended to the Intent & Purpose that the said John Hall ^may^ be in the Actual Possession of the hereby bargained and Sold Land & Premisses and may by Virtue of these Presents and by ^force^ of the Statute for Transfering uses into Possession be Enabled to take a release of the Reversion and Inheritance to such uses intents and purposes as shall be therein Expressed In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Sett their hands and Seals the Day (&) |
