177) Brouster to Recover in Value against the Said George Maxwell and Elizabeth his Wife and for the Said George Maxwell to Recover in Value against the Common vouchee according to the Course of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used and the Same Recovery is also to be Executed by one Writ of habere Facias Seisinam Accordingly and it is further covenanted Concluded and agreed by and Between all the Said parties to these presents for themselves and every of them their and Every of their Heirs that the Said Recovery so as afs.d or in any other manner to be had and Suffered of the Said Lands and Premisses abovementioned shall be and enure and shall ^be^ Deemed Adjudged and taken and is meant and Intended and by all the Said parties to these presents is hereby Declared to be and enure and the Said James Johnson and his heirs from and Immediately after Suffering of the Same Shall Stand and be Seized of all and singular the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned to the only use and Behoof of him the Said James Johnson his heirs and assigns for ever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Said Parties have hereunto Interchangeably Set their hands and Seals this Day and year first above Written sealed & Delivered in George Maxwell Seal the Presence of Eliz Maxwell Seal H Darnall Thomas Brouster Seal Geo Steuart James Johnson Jun.r Seal On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t (April) |
