171) Bound Tree by a line drawn South one hundred Perches To a Marked oak Bounded on the South by a line Drawn East from the Said oak three hundred and Twenty Perches on the East by a Line Drawn North from the End of the east Line fifty Perches untill it Intersect a paralell with the forenamed Land on the North by the Said Land & Paralell on the West by Wrights Land Containing three hundred Acres and also all other the Lands which were late in the Possession and Occupation of Philip Emerson Adjoining to the Said Lands called Harwoods Lyon & Whetstone with their and each of their Appurtenances in Talbot County aforesaid and by him the afs.d Philip Emerson Gentleman Deceased Devised to the afs.d Elizabeth by the Name of Elizabeth Trippe as in and by the Said Philip Emerson's Will remaining amongst the Records & Proceedings of the Commissarys Court of this Province Reference being thereto had will more fully and at Large appear To have and To hold the Said Several Tracts or Parcels of Land with their Appurtenances To him the Said Thomas Brouster his Heirs and assigns for one whole year from the date of these Presents In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals the day and year first above Written sealed & Delivered George Maxwell Seal in the Presence of Eliz Maxwell Seal Geo Steuart Tho.s Brouster Seal H Darnall On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t (April) |
