       Commencing from the day next before the day of the date of these
       Presents thereof, and by force of the Statute for transferring uses
       into Possession To have and to hold the aforesaid Tracts or
       Parcells of Land And all and singular the Premises with the
       Appurtenances unto the Said Hancock ^Lee^ his heirs & Assigns
       To the Intent and Purpose that the Said Hancock Lee shall
       and may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the aforesaid
       Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premises until one or more
       good and perfect Recovery or Recoveries may be had against him
       the said Hancock Lee of the same Tracts or Parcells of
       Land and Premises with the appurtenances And it is covenanted
       Granted concluded and agreed by and between the Said Parties
       to these Presents that it shall and may be lawful for the said
       Samuel Wilson before the last day of the next Provincial
       Court to prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one
       or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post against
       the said Hancock Lee returnable to the next Provincial Court
       whereby the said Samuel Wilson shall and may demand against
       the said Hancock Lee the aforesaid Tracts or Parcells of Land
       and Premises with the Appurtenances by Such Name or
       Names Quantity or Quantities Number or Content of Acres or other
       Discription as shall be thought fit unto which said Writ or Writs
       the said Hancock Lee shall appear in his proper Person
       or by Attorney legally Authorized and shall vouch to warranty
       thereof the aforesaid Richard Smith and Phillip Darnall
       who shall also appear gratis upon their Voucher and shall
       Enter into Warranty and shall Vouch over to Warranty the
       Common Vouchee of the same Court and the Common Vouchee
       shall appear and after Imparlance make Default whereby
       one or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments
       may be had or given for the Said Samuel Wilson for Recovery
       of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premises against
