       me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court of Maryland the within Named John Campbell and
       Frances his Wife and Acknowledged the within Deed as
       their Act and Deed according to the Intent and meaning
       thereof and the Act of Assembly in that Case made &
       Provided and the Said Frances the wife of the Said
       John being by me first privatly Examined and apart
       from her Husband and our of his Hearing Declared
       that she became a Party to the within Deed freely and
       and Voluntarily and that she was not induced thereto
       by the Threats of her Said Husband or fear of him
       or of his Displeasure

Ex.d         Know all men by these Presents That We
       Foster Cunliffe of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster
       Esquire Sir Ellis Cunliffe of Liverpool aforesaid Knight
       and Robert Cunliffe of Liverpool aforesaid Esquire Have
       made ordained Constituted Authorized and impowered and
       by these Presents Do and each of us Doth make ordain
       Constitute Authorize and impower Henry Callister of
       Oxfordice ^in^ the Province of Maryland in North America
       Merchant to be our true and Lawful Attorney for us and
       in our Names or in the manner of any or either of us
       and to our use to Bargain Sell or Grant to any Person
       or Persons whatsoever and for such Sums of Sums of
       Money as he our Said Attorney shall think meet &
       Requisite All and every or any the Lott or Lotts or Parcels
