119) Presents as that from and immediately after the Said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had, prosecuted and Suffered as aforesaid of the Said Premisses the Said Recovery or Recoveries Shall be and enure, and Shall be construed Esteemed adjudged and taken to be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the Said Robert Swan and all and every other Person and Persons which Shall be Seised of the Premisses or any part thereof by Force or Virtue of the Said Common Recovery or Recoveries Shall Stand and be Seised thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their appurtenances to the only use and Behoof of the said John Campbell and Frances his Wife their Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the Day and year first above written John Campbell Seal Sealed and Delivered Frances Campbell Seal in the Presence of Geo Steuart James Johnson jun.r Seal E Dorsey Rob.t Swan Seal On the back of the aforegoing Deed ^Release^ was thus indorst Viz.t April the 30.th 1757 reced of the within named James Johnson the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within Mentioned John Campbell Witness E Dorsey On the day of the date within mentioned came before (me) |
