114) Land and the Land of Edward Blay and so running from the said Hickory near north west for Breadth Seventy five perches to a bounded Poplar in the Said young's Line it being a bounded Tree of the Said Land of Richard Moss Called Advantage containing one Hundred and thirty three Acres of Land more or less, And also all that Parcell of Land lying on the North Side of Severn River in Ann Arundel County beginning at a Markt white oak on the Side of a Hill by the line of the Land formerly laid out for Thomas Turner and runing for Breadth from the Said Oake South and by West Sixty perches to a markt Oak in Thomas Underwoods Line bounding on the South by underwoods Line East Sixty five Perches to a markt Oak being a bounded Tree of Thomas Underwood's Land Standing on the Line of Richard young's Land on the East by youngs Line drawn North Seventy five perches to a markt Poplar Standing in young's Line on the north by a Line drawn South West by Turner's Line twenty Perches to a markt Walnut and from the Said Walnut by a Line Drawn noth west by Turner's Line unto the first markt Oak containing forty acres more or less To have and to hold the Said Several Tracts or Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and Sold unto the Said James Johnson his Executors Administrators & Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents, for, during and unto the full End and Term of one whole year from thence ensuing, and fully to be Compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose that the (Said) |
