       Said James Johnson may be the better enabled to receive and
       take a Grant or Release of the Lands and Premisses hereby bargained
       and sold, or mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and
       sold to him and his Assigns for and during the Natural Lives
       of the said John Campbell and Frances his Wife in Such
       sort, manner and Form, as in and by one Indenture intended
       to bear date the Day next after the Day of the Date of these
       Presents the Same shall be granted released and conveyed
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       set their Hands and seals the Day and year ^first^ above Written

       James Johnson of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel
       County Merchant of the third ^second^ Part ^and Robert Swan of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Merchant of the third part^ Witnesseth that the
