Ex.d      This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty ninth day of October in
       the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty six Between Hugh Walker of
       Cecil County Planter of the one part Michael Wallace of the same
       County Farmer of the second part and Thomas Johnson Junior of the
       City of Annapolis Gentleman of the third Part Witnesseth that the said
       Hugh Walker for and in Consideration of the sum of two
       hundred and sixty three Pounds Current Money to him in hand
       paid by the said Michael Wallace at or before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath Given Granted Released and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth give Grant Release and Confirm unto the said Michael
       Wallace a certain Tract of Land situate and Lying in Ceecil
       County called Providence Beginning at a Corner Marked White
       Oake standing on the West Side of West Branch of Elk River at
       the falling into the River of a spring and running from thence by a
       Line West by South One hundred thirty and Five Perches then North
       by West Forty Perches then West One hundred fifty six Perches
       then North two hundred and Eighteen Perches then East three
       hundred and fifty Perches then South one hundred and ninety
       Perches then West North West Sixty one Perches then by a streight
       Line to the place of beginning containing and now laid out for
       Five hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses
       Commodities Previl^e^dges Improvements Emoluments Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same Tract of Land
       belonging or appertaining And the Revertion and Revertions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof
       late in the Tenere ^Tenure^ and Occupation of him the Said Hugh
       Walker but now in the Actual Possession of the said Michael
