100) or their Heirs and assigns for ever and as shall be to the good Liking and approbation of such purchaser or purchasers or as shall be by his her or their Councel Learned in the Law reasonably devised advised or required and generaly to Act perform and do or cause to be acted performed and done all and every Such further and other Act and Acts Deed and Deeds ^Device^ and Devices in Law whatsoever touching the Premises as fully Largely and amply to all Intents Constructions and Purposes whatsoever as I the said John Noble the Son might or cou'd do being personally present Although the matter might require more special Authority than is herein specified And Attornies one or more under him for the purposes aforesaid to Substitute and depute and again at Pleasure to revoke the Same ratifying allowing of, confirming and holding for firm good lawfull and Stable all and whatsoever my Said Attorney Shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the Execution of the Premises by virtue of these p^r^esents In Witness whereof I the Said John Noble the Son have put my Hand and Seal to two parts of this Letter of Attorney either part of which being Produced by my Said Attorney shall be as firm and valid as if both parts were to come Safe to his hands and be produced by him dated both of them at Liver poole in that part of the Kingdom of Great Britain Called England the eighteenth Day of February in the thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain Fra^n^ce and Ireland King Defender of The Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one (Thousand) |
