       his Majestys Officers in any Court or Courts Spiritual or Temporal
       and any Person or Persons refusing neglecting or delaying to comply
       with reasonable Demands to Sue arrest Attatch implead imprison
       and prosecute and all such Actions Arrests Attatchments Pleas and
       Prosecutions to Prosecute up hold sustain and maintain, And
       on Payment or Satisfaction made, out of Prison again to release
       Discharge and Deliver, And on receipt of all or any part of such
       Sum and Sums of Money Rents and Arrears of Rent Legacies Bequests
       Debts Dues and Demands, Acquittances or other Sufficient Discharges
       for me and in my name and Stead to Sign Seal and Deliver And
       Also to enter into and upon and take Possession of all and every
       the Real Estate Lands Tenements and Hereditaments within the
       Province of Maryland aforesaid which I can any ways Claim
       as only Son and Heir of my Said Father and as Heir at Law of
       the Said M.r Thomas Wainwright and the Said Ellen Noble afterwards
       Fell and Take and receive the Rents Issues and Profits hereof to my
       use and Benefit And Further also to grant Bargain and Sell
       all and Singular that my Said Real Estate Lands Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premises within the said province of Maryland and
       also all my Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of in and unto the Said Same and every part and parcel thereof
       unto Such person or persons his her and their Heirs and Assigns
       for ever as shall be willing ^or^ Desirous to Purchase the Same and for
       the best price or prices that can be had or gotten for the same And
       also for me and in my name place and stead and as my proper
       Act and Deed to execute Seal and Deliver all and every Such Conveyances
       Deed and Assurances of the said premisses as shall
       be needfull and requisite to make a good title to any Such person
       or persons who shall become purchasers or a Purchaser thereof to
       the only use and Behoof of such purchaser or purchasers his her
