       October the 23.d 1749   Received of M.r John Williams One Pounds thirteen Shillings
       and Eight Pence Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the
14 1/2 within mentioned Eight hundred and forty Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission
        from Benjamin Tasker Esq   his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General
       Recorded November the 6.th 1749                                 Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d      Maryland fs   This Indenture made this Ninth Day of September in
       the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and forty nine Between Samuel Hart of Ann
       Arundel County in the Province afs.d Merchant and Catherine his Wife and Elizabeth
       Gardner of the same place Spinster of the one Part and James Perkins of Baltimore
       County in the afs.d Province Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Samuel
       Hart and Catherine his Wife and Elizabeth Gardner for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of twenty five Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them in hand paid by the said
       James Perkins the Receipt whereof they do hereby Confess and acknowledge Have
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Do
       freely and Absolutely Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the
       said James Perkins his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       called Content being part of three Tracts of Land Viz.t Bucks Adventure Addition to
       Bucks Adventure and Bachellors hope lying and being in Anne Arundel County in the
       Province afs.d Beginning at a four Notched Red Oak being the Second Tree of the
       Addition to Bucks Adventure then North nine Degrees East One hundred and
       fifty four Perches then North Seventy two Degrees West fifty four Perches to a Cove
       then North thirty three Degrees East six and an half Perches then South sixty
       Degrees East three Perches to a Bounded Locust of White Oak spring ^Bachellors hope a beginning tree then East by South seventy perches with the line of the said^ white oak
       ^spring then North^ East sixty five Perches with the said Land to the Beginning of the third Course of
       Bucks Adventure then South twenty six and an half Degrees East thirty six Perches
       then North Seventy six Degrees East thirty Perches then North thirty eight
       Degrees West thirty Perches then North forty five Degrees East Sixty four Perches
