       Amitted to me by an Act of the General Assembly of this Province Entituled
       An act for Granting a Supply of Forty thousand Pound for his majesty
       service and striking thirty our Thousand and fifteen pound six shillings
       Thereof in Bills of Creadit and Raising a fund for sunking the same according
       To the Purport ^and^ Tenor of the same act so that none may be Prejudiced by
       My Consent Privity ^or^ Procurement so help me God

       Executrix Testamentary of the Deceased Alexander Watson of Aberdeen in North
       Brittain marchant have made ordained Constitute ^and^ appointed and make ordain
       Constitute and Appoint M.r John Rait of Anapolis in Maryland Marchant
       My true and Lawfull Attorney in Maryland North America and there for me
       In my name and for us to ask Demand call for and Require all Lands houses
       Rents goods Debts or any other manner of Stock whatsoever which belonged
       To Captain John Watson of Frederick Town Cecill County in Maryland now
       Deceased Lawfull son Procreate betwext my said deceas.d husband and me and to ^by^
       The means fortune and Estate of our said deceased son my said husband had
       Right by our said sons Letter will & testament of date the tenth of may in
       The year one thousand seven hundred and forty three and to which means
       Fortune and a state of our said son I have made Right by virtue of my said
       Deceas.d husband Latter will and Testament of date the Eight day of
       January in the year one thousand seven hundred & fifty six Giving and
       Also Granting full and absolute Power to my said attorney to sell and
       Dispose of all such Lands Agreements or horses or thers whatsomever Impowring
       Him hereby to sufficiently make such Rights and said to any Person or Persons
       Whatsomever to whom he shall sell dispose any of the said Lands horses or
       Thers foresaid as may be Good Called & sufficient to all intents and purposes
       as I could do if Personally Present As also to ask Recover uptake and Receive
       From all Person or Persons all and whatsomever sums of money or others
       Due by them to our said deceas.d son any manner of way and to do Perform and
       Execute all and Every other lawfull and reasonable Act & things as shall
       Be needfull both for Obtaining taking up or Procuring any of our said sons
