       Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseizin in
       the post against the said Archibald Offutt returnable to the next
       Provincial Court Whereby the said Edward Dorsey shall and may
       demand against the said Archibald Offutt one undivided Moiety of all
       that Tract or parcell of Plantable Land called Coolspring
       Levell that lies next adjoining to the Land in the Possession of
       John Dalyrell with the appurtenances in Frederick County
       Containing in the Whole five hundred and Ninety two Acres by such
       Name or Names, Quantity or Quantities, Quality or Qualities
       Content or Number of Acres as Shall be thought fit and
       Requisite to Which said Writ or Writs the said Archibald Offutt
       Shall Appear in Proper person and shall vouch over to
       Warrantee the Common Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall appear
       and Imparle and afterwards make Default Whereby one or more
       Recovery or Recoveries, Judgment or Judgments may be had and given for
       the said Edward Dorsey for Recovery of the said Land and premisses
       against the said Archibald Offutt and for the said Archibald
       Offutt to recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee
       according to the form of Common recoveries in such Cases Used and
       and it is further covenanted granted and agreed by and between the
       parties to these Presents and the true intent and meaning of the
       parties to these Presents is that from and immediately after the
       said Common Recovery or Recoveries Shall be had and prosecuted
       as aforesaid of the said Land and Premisses the said Recovery
       or Recoveries shall be and enure and are hereby declared to have been
       intended to have be and enure that the said Edward Dorsey and
       Every other person that shall be seized of the Premisses or any
       part thereof by Virtue of the said common recovery or Recoveries shall
       stand and be seized thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof with
       their and Every of their appurtenances to the only use and behoof
       of the said Archibald Offutt his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use
       intent or purpose Whatsoever In Witness Whereof the parties to
       these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands
       and seals the day and year first above Written
