Exam.d      This Indenture made this twenty seventh day of March in the year of
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred fifty and six Between Joseph Ensor of
       Baltimore County merchant of the one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis
       in Annarundell County Esq.r of the other part Whereas By Indenture bearing date
       the seventeenth day of this instant march made between N Ruxton Gay of the one
       part and Joseph Ensor party to these presents of the other part the said N Ruxton
       Gay did bargain sell alien Infeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Joseph Ensor
       his Heirs and assigns two Lots of Land lying in Baltimore Town in Baltimore
       County aforesaid Numbers sixty three and Sixty four with all their appurtenances
       to the same appurtaining Relation being thereunto had (which is now upon Record
       in Baltimore County Records) may more fully and at large appear Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ensor for and in Consideration of the sum
       of Eighty Pounds Sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand by the said
       Charles Carroll paid the Receipt Whereof the said Joseph Ensor doth hereby Acknowledge
       hath and by these presents doth give grant Bargain sell alien Infeoffe and
       Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and assigns all his Right
       Title Property ^Interest^ Claim and demand of in and unto one of the said Lotts of Land known
       and Distinguished by Number sixty three afs.d with all and singular the
       appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have &
       to hold the said Lott of Land and Premises with its appurtenances unto him the
       said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Joseph Ensor
       doth for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators further Covenant grant
       and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns that
       he said Joseph Ensor the said Bargained premises against all mannor
       of person or persons claiming or which hereafter may claim by from or under him
       the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns all or any
       of them unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors administrators
       and assigns for ever will warrant and Defend and the said Joseph Ensor doth
       for himself his heirs Executors and administrators further Covenant Grant &
       agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors administrators
       and assigns that the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors or administrators
       shall and will at any Time hereafter at the Reasonable request of the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs or assigns and at his or their proper Cost & Charges
       make do Acknowledge and Perfect any other Instrument of Writing for
       the better and more Effectual Conveying and assuring the Lott of Land afs.d
       with its Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs &
       Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their hands & seals the day & year first above written
