       and part of Denmark containing three hundred and fifty five
       Acres of Land more or Less and all ways waters Water Courses
       Edifices Buildings Improvements Advantages Priviledges
       Emoluments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Messuage Tenements Hereditaments Lands and Premises
       or any of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Lancelot Jacques
       of in to or out of the said Premises and Appurtenances hereby
       Released and Confirmed or meant mentioned or intended so to be
       and every and or any part thereof to have & to hold the afs.d
       Messuage Buildings Lands Lotts Tenements Hereditaments &
       premises with the appurtenances hereby released and Confirmed or
       meant mentioned or intended so to be unto the said Benedict Calvert
       his Heirs and assigns ^to the only proper use & behoof of him the s.d Bend.t Calvert his heirs & assigns^ for ever and to or for no other use Entent
       or purpose whatsoever and the said Lancelot Jacques for himself
       his Heirs Executors and administrators doth by these presents
       covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Benedict
       Calvert his Heirs and assigns in manner following (that is to say)
       That he the said Lancelot Jacques hath not made done committed
       or Wittingly or willingly suffered any Act matter or thing whatsoever
       whereby or by means whereof the aforesaid Messuage Buildings
       Lands Lotts Tenements Hereditaments and Premises or any of them
       or any part or parcel of either of them is are or may be charged impeached
       burthened or Incumbered in Title Charge Estate or otherwise however &
       that for and not withstanding any such Act matter or thing as afs.d
       he the said Lancellot Jacques hath in himself good Right full
       power and lawfull & absolute Authority to release and convey the
       afs.d Messuage Buildings Lands Lotts Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premises before mentioned or intended to be hereby released and
       conveyed & every part and parcel of them with the appurtenances
       unto the said Benedict Calvert his heirs and assigns for ever in
       manner aforesaid In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents
       have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and
       year first above Written
