       Calvert and Elizabeth his wife or either of them ^of^ in to or out of the
       said Premisses and appurtenances hereby Released and confirmed
       or meant mentioned or Intended so to be and every or any part thereof
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Messuage Buildings Lands
       Lotts Tenements Hereditaments and Premises with the Appurtenances
       hereby Released and Confirmed or meant mentioned or Intended
       so to be unto the said Lancelot Jacques his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever To the several Uses Intents & Purposes following (that
       is to say) To the Intent and purpose that ^he^ the said Lancellot Jacques
       or his Heirs shall and will within fourteen days from the Day of
       the Date hereof by good and sufficient Deed of Lease & Release to be
       by the said Lancelot Jacques or his Heirs Acknowledge that the same
       may for preservation be recorded well and truly for the like considerations
       herein before mentioned and at the cost and Charge of him the
       said Benedict Calvert his heirs or assigns Convey assure and make
       over unto the said Benedict Calvert his heirs and assigns to his
       and their only proper use and Behoof for ever the afs.d Messuage
       Buildings Lands Lotts Tenements Hereditaments and Premises
       hereby Released and Confirmed or meant mentioned or intended so to
       be with their and every of their appurtenances in such manner
       and by such apt words and Descriptions as by the said Benedict
       Calvert his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the
       Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required & the said
       Lancellot Jacques doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the afs.d
       Benedict Calvert his Heirs and assigns in mannor and form following
       that is to say that he the said lancelot Jacques or his heirs shall & will within
       fourteen days from the day of the date of these presents by good and sufficient
       Deeds of Lease and Release by him the said Lancelot Jacques or his
       Heirs Acknowledged that the same may for Preservation be recorded well and
       Truly for the Considarations herein before mentioned and at the Cost and
       Charge of him the said Benedict Calvert his Heirs or assigns Convey assure
       and make over unto the said Benedict Calvert his Heirs and Assigns to
