       Corn only on the Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel next esuing
       the date of these presents if the same shall be Lawfully demanded
       To the Intent and Purpose that the said Lancelot Jacques
       may be in the Actual Possession of the said hereby bargained and
       sold Premisses and Appurtenances and may hereby and by
       Force and Virtue of the statute for transferring Uses into
       Possession be enabled to take a grant and Release of the Revertion
       and Inheritance of all and singular the said Premisses to him
       and his heirs to such uses Intents and Purposes as shall be
       thereby declared In Witness whereof the said Parties to these presents
       have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day
       and year first within Written
       signed sealed and delivered            Bened.t   seal   Calvert
       in the Presence of us                     Lanc.t   seal   Jacques

       of and from the within mentioned Lancelot Jacques the sum of
       five shillings Current money being in full for the Consideration
       Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me

       16.th of April 1756  Then came the within named Benedict Calvert
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court and did Acknowledge the within Instrument of writing to be
       his Act and Deed for the Purposes within mentioned and that the
       Messuage Lands Lotts Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses were
       the Right and Estate of the within mentioned Lancellot Jacques
       According to the true Intent & meaning of the within Instrument
       of writing
