671) that is to say Griffiths Purchase containing one hundred & sixty five Acres of Land more or Less Hoskins's Folly containing one hundred Acres of Land more or less Cuckolds Delight containing Eighty six Acres of Land more or less Seamons Delight containing five hundred and four Acres of Land more or Less Hogyard containing one hundred and twenty five Acres of Land more or Less No name containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or Less Gleaning containing fifty three Acres of Land more or Less Letchworth containing one hundred and forty five Acres of Land more or Less And one Lott in Upper Marlborough in Prince Georges County aforesaid And also all those severall peices parts or Parcells of Larger Tracts or parcels of Land Scituate lying and being in Prince Georges County afs.d which peices parts or parcells are respectively known by the names of the respective larger Tracts or Parcells of Land and contain the respective Quantities of Land following that is to say part of Swanstons Lott containing one thousand Acres of Land more or less Part of Coolspring Mannor containing three hundred and fifteen Acres of Land more or Less part of Hermitage containing Eight hundred and seventy three Acres of Land more or Less part of Good Luck containing One hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or Less ^and part of Denmark Containing three hundred and fifty five Acres of Land more or less^ and all Ways Waters Water Courses Edifices Buildings Improvements Advantages Priviledges Emoluments & Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuage Tenements Hereditaments Lands and Premises or any of them belonging or in any Wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof to have and to hold the said Messuage Tenements Hereditaments Lands and Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances hereby bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto the said Lancelot Jacques his Executors Administrators and Assigns for & during the Term of One Whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the Date of these presents and fully to be compleat & ended yeilding and paying therefore unto the said Benedict Calvert the Rent of one Pepper |
