       the said Benjamin Tasker & Benjamin Tasker junior One
       third part of all that Tract of Land called Larkins Forrest lying
       in Prince Georges County on the West side of Petuxent River
       upon the head of a Branch called Collington Branch containing
       four hundred Acres of Land and also One third part of all that
       Tract of Land called Ridgely's Addition lying in Prince Georges
       County containing one hundred Acres of Land which said last
       mentioned Tract of Land was granted by Patent bearing
       date the first day of November one thousand seven hundred
       & one to a Certain Henry Ridgely now Deceased as by the said
       Patent reference being thereunto had may more fully appear and
       all and singular the Houses Buildings yards Orchards Gardens
       and Improvements to the said Lands belonging and also the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right
       Estate Interest Claim and demand whatsoever of
       him the said Greenberry Ridgely of in and to all and
       Singular the said Primisses and of in and to every part and
       Parcell of them To have & to hold the said Lands and
       all and singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned
       & intended to be hereby granted with their and every of their
       appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin
       Tasker junior their heirs and assigns to and for the Proper
       Use & behoof of the said Benjamin Ogle his heirs and assigns
       forever and to no other use or Purpose whatsoever and the
       said Greenberry Ridgely for himself and his heirs the said
       Parcells of Land and all and singular other the Premisses with
       their and every of their appurtenances to them the said Benjamin
       Tasker & Benjamin Tasker junior their heirs and assigns to
       and for the use afs.d shall and will warrant for ever defend
       and the said Greenberry Ridgely for himself his heirs Executors
       and Administrators doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the
       said Benjamin Tasker & Benjamin Tasker junior their Heirs and
       Assigns by these Presents that he the said Greenberry Ridgely
       and his Heirs and all and every Person and Persons whatsoever
       having or Lawfully claiming any Estatate Right Title or Interest
       of in or to the Premisses or any part thereof by from or under Henry
