       Maryland fs.t  Memorandum that the Eleventh day of march Anno Domi
       seventeen hundred and fifty six personally came before me the sucriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned
       Greenberry Ridgely mentioned in the within Power of Attorney and by
       Virtue of the same Power Acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands
       and Premisses therein contained unto Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin
       Tasker jun.r Esq.rs within mentioned their heirs and Assigns according
       to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed

       April the 10.th 1756  Rece.d of Benj.n Tasker Esq.r and Col Benj.n Tasker Gaurdians
       to Benjamin Ogle six shillings and Eight pence half penny Ster.ll
       for his Lordships use (it being the alienation fine on the within mentioned
       Lands) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships
       Agent and Receiver Generall                                          Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d      This Indenture made the 11.th day of March in the year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and fifty six Between Greenberry Ridgely of
       the County of Ann Arundell in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the
       one part and Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker Junior of Ann Arundell
       County in the Province of Maryland Esq.rs the Guardians of Benjamin
       Ogle an Infant under the age of Twenty one years of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Greenberry Ridgely for and in Consideration
       of the sum of Forty pounds Sterling of the Proper money of the said Benjamin
       Ogle to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin Tasker & Benjamin Tasker
       Junior before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof
       is hereby Acknowledged and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof both ^doth^
       fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate and Discharge the said
       Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker junior their Executors and
       Administrators by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and
       Considerations him thereunto moving he the said Greenberry Ridgely hath
       given granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presents doth give Bargain sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto
