655 shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter do, make, Acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be done, made Acknowledged suffered and Executed all and every such further and other Act or acts thing or things assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by the said Joseph Howard his Heirs or assigns or his or their Councel Learned in the Law shall be from time to time reasonably devised or advised for the further and better assurances Surety and sure making of all and singular the Premisses hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents in Witness whereof the said Richard Pool hath hereunto set his hand and seal the Day and year above written signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of The mark of X Richard Pool seal Henry Howard On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorcd Viz.t Ephraim Howard Received February 26.th 1756 of Joseph Howard the sum of Ten pounds Currency the Consideration exprest in the Within Deed Witness The mark of X Richard Pool Henry Howard March the 8.th 1756 Rec'd of M.r Cornelius Howard one shilling and an half penny Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the alienation fine on the within mentioned Twenty six Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships agent and Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey On the 26.th day of February 1756 Came the within named Richard Pool before us the subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County Court and Acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named Joseph Howard his heirs and assigns forever and at the same time Came Hannah Pool the wife of the said Richard Pool who being by us Privately Examined out of the hearing of her said husband freely acknowledged that she gave up all her right and title of Dower to the within mentioned Land and Premisses to the said Joseph Howard his Heirs and assigns for ever without any threates or fear of the Displeasure of the said Husband Taken & acknowledged before us the day & year above said Henry Howard Recorded March the 9.th 1756 Ephraim Howard 7 sids |
