       Seized thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof with their and every
       of their Appurtenances to the only use and behoof of the said Charles
       Todd his heirs and assigns and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto

Ex.d Maryland fs         This Indenture made the fourth day of June
       one thousand seven hundred and fifty five between Gideon Garey of Ann Arundell
       County of the one Part and Benjamin Tasker the younger of the City of Annapolis
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Gideon Garrey for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of fifty pounds sterling to him in hand paid by the said Tasker
       the Receipt thereof the said Gideon Garey doth hereby acknowledge and Confess
       hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto
       the said Benjamin Tasker the younger his heirs and assigns forever all the
       Tracts or ^and^ Parcells of Land following Viz.t Warfields Right containing fifty acres
       of Land stoney hills containing thirty six acres and Gareys Expence
       containing thirteen acres all lying in Ann Arundell County contiguous to
       each other To have and to hold the said several Tracts of Land with their
       assigns forever and the said Gideon Garey for himself and his heirs the aforesaid
       Several Tracts of Land and every part thereof against him and his heirs and
       against all and every other person whatsoever to the said Benjamin Tasker
       his heirs and assigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by the Presents
       and lastly the said Gideon Garey doth hereby Covenant and Agree that he the said
       Gideon Garey and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter make do
       acknowledge suffer and execute all and every such further ^and other^ Act Acts Thing or
       Things as by the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs shall be Reasonably devised In
       Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have set their hands and seals the day
       and year first above written
