       Returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the said Benjamin
       shall and may demand against the said Charles Todd one Hundred and
       forty five Acres of Plantable Land with the Appurtenances lying and being
       in Ann Arundell County beginning at a markt white on the East and Runs
       one hundred and fifty Perches West to a Red Oak and from the said Red
       Oak South one hundred and seventy five Perches to the bounded white oak
       and from the said White Oak by a line drawn East one hundred and fifty
       Perches to a bounded Pine standing upon a Point on the West side
       of the River aforesaid being Part of a Tract of Land called Leonards Neck
       and also forty five Acres of Plantable Land with the Appurtenances
       lying and being in the County aforesaid being such Part of the aforesaid
       Tract of Land called Leonards Neck as was not heretofore sold by
       Edward Gibbs in his life time by such Name or Names Quantity or
       Quantities Quality or Qualities content or Number of Acres as shall
       be thought fit and Requisite to which said Writt or Writts the said
       Charles Todd shall appear in Proper Person and shall Vouch over
       to Warrantee the Common Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall
       Appear and Imparle and afterwards make default whereby one
       or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgement or Judgements may be
       had and given for the said Benjamin Beall for Recovery of the said
       Lands and Premisses against the said Charles Todd and for the said
       Charles Todd to Recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee according
       to the form of Common Recoveries in such Cases used and it is further
       Covenanted granted and agreed by and between the Parties to these Presents
       and the true Intent and meaning of the Parties to these Presents
       is that from and immediately after the said Common Recovery or
       Recoveries shall be had and Prosecuted as aforesaid of the said
       Lands and Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and
       enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure
       that the said Benjamin Beall and every Other Person that shall
       be Seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof by Virtue of
       the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be
