615 bargained sold Released and Confirmed And by these Presents doth grant bargain & sell Release and Confirm unto him the said Robert Elzey and to this heirs and Assigns ^for ever^ All that Part or Parcell of a certain Tract of Land called Bozmans Adventure lying and being in the said County of Somersett bounded as followeth to Wit Beginning at a marked Pine thence North thirty five degrees West Eleven Poles thence North Eleven degrees West twenty Eight Poles thence North fifty seven degrees West twenty nine Poles thence North six degrees East thirty five Poles thence North East two hundred and Eighteen Poles to the Lands sold by Philemon Bozman to John Robertson thence South one degree West one hundred and ninty Poles thence to the first bounder containing one hundred thirty and three Acres of Land be the same more or less Together with all Messuages Buildings ^Improvements^ Profitts Priveledges Hereditaments and appurtenances unto the aforesaid Parcell of Land belonging or in any manner appertaining And the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof or Incident thereunto To have and to hold the aforesaid one hundred thirty and three Acres of Land with the Messuages Tenements and Premisses above mentioned and every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Robert Elzey and his Heirs forever To the Intent and Purpose only that the said Robert Elzey shall and may become Perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Messuages Lands and Tenements and Premisses and shall and may stand and be seized thereof untill a good and Perfect Common Recovery with double Vouchers over may be duly had Suffered and Executed of the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recoveries for assureance of Lands and Tenements in such Cases used and accustomed And thereupon it is Covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said parties ^to^ that these Presents for themselves and their and every of their Heirs by these Presents in manner following that is to say that the said Robert Elzey shall and will Permitt and suffer the said Arnold Elzey before the end of October Term next to sue forth and Prosecute against him the said Robert Elzey one Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post Returnable before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at the City of Annapolis thereby demanding against the said Robert Elzey the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditaments and Premisses herein before mentioned by such name and names number of Acres Quantities Qualities Terms and (Discriptions) |
