                          This Indenture made this twelfth Day of September
Ex.d in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty five
       Between Aaron Rawlings of Baltimore County Planter of the one
       Part and John Worthington of Ann Arundell County in the Province
       afs.d Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Aaron
       Rawlings for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said
       John Worthington before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof the said Aaron Rawlings doth hereby Acknowledge
       and Doth by these presents Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the
       said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for Ever hath Given
       Granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfeofed and Confirmed and by
       these presents the said Aaron Rawlings Doth for himself his Heirs
       and Assigns Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm
       unto him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for
       ever All that Tract or parcel of Land called Wiltshire lying in Baltimore
       County in the province aforesaid on the North side of Patapsco River
       Beginning at a bounded White Oak and a bounded Poplar on a Plain being
       two bounded trees of a Tract of Land called Brices Share and the Beginning
       Trees of the Original Survey of Wiltshire and Running thence South sixty
       degrees East nenty Perches to a bounded Red Oak of the Land called
       Worthingtons Purchase being an Original bounded Tree of Brices share
       then East seventy seven perches North forty degrees East two hundred and
       nine Perches West sixty Perches South twenty five degrees West one
       hundred and sixty Perches to the beginning Trees of a Tract of Land called
       Belts Park then North West one hundred Perches North fifty Perches then
       North North West forty Perches South forty seven degrees West twenty Perches
       South forty degrees East thirty two Perches south thirty four degrees West
       thirty six Perches South Eighty five degrees West twenty eight Perches
       North seventy degrees West fifty four Perches South fifty degrees West
       thirty six Perches South two degrees East twenty six Perches South nine
       degrees West sixty six Perches South eight degrees East thirty five Perches
       South fifty five degrees West sixteen Perches North sixty nine degrees
       West thirty two Perches South five degrees and thirty minutes East thirty
       Perches unto the end of the South fifty five degrees West sixty six Perches
       line of the Original Survey then South twenty two degrees East forty Perches
